These alpaca pellets are intended as maintenance pellets and are food for alpacas that do not need to perform extra. These alpaca pellets are also suitable for alpacas that have little need for concentrated feed due to their condition or feed ration. Contains less energy compared to performance feed, but more vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
Dosage:
150 grams per animal per day for a 70 kg alpaca, in addition to sufficient roughage (e.g. hay or pasture) of good quality and fresh drinking water. May be fed up to 25% of the daily ration due to higher levels of trace elements.
