FAQ

We offer our customers the following payment methods:

  • Bancontact
  • Credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • iDEAL
  • Klarna
  • Bank transfer
  • Belfius Direct Net
  • KBC/CBC Payment

If you are unable to complete the payment process, we recommend that you check the following:

  • Check that all card details have been entered correctly, such as the expiration date, your billing address, the CVV code, …
  • Your bank may have refused the payment (insufficient funds, maximum allowed number of transactions reached, …). In this case, it is best to contact your bank.
  • If the above does not apply, please try the payment again or with a different card.
  • Did you get another error message? Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Our customers can choose from different options to have their order delivered:

  • Home or other address specified by the customer
  • Pick up point
  • Pick up in our store

This is of course very annoying and we apologize in advance for this.

Please contact us within seven days of receipt at info@vaesen.eu, stating the following information:

  • The order number
  • The article number or name of the damaged article
  • A photo showing the damage to the item and/or the package
  • Would you like to receive a replacement item or a refund?

We do our best to make it this way. to rectify as soon as possible.

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt by sending the item back by post at your own expense or by returning it to our store. The item must be in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

The customer can choose between a refund or a credit note.

Monday to Friday:

1:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Saturday:
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

We do our best to include as much relevant information as possible on each product page, such as ingredients, composition or nutritional guidelines. If there is anything missing, please do not hesitate to contact us.
