Dosage (with daily concentrated feed, 1 scoop = 4 g): -Maintenance: 10 g per day (= 2,962 mg absorbable Vitamin E) -Training: 20 g per day (= 5,924 mg absorbable Vitamin E) -Sport: 40 g per day (= 11,848 mg absorbable Vitamin E) Always consult our MediGuard Team / Nutritionist.
