MediGuard Vitamin E "Natural" is a bioavailable source of natural vitamin E. Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant and limits the damage caused by oxidative stress. It is also vital for maintaining healthy muscle and nerve function and supports the immune system.

Dosage (with daily concentrated feed):
(1 g = 200 mg Vit. E)
(1 scoop = 6 gr)
-Maintenance: 1000 mg per day (= 5 gr)
-Recovery: 5,000 – 10,000 mg per day (= 25-50 g)
-Training and sports: 2,500-5,000 mg per day (= 12-25 g)
