Activated Charcoal<\/b> should be offered in the cage in small quantities. It’s an excellent digestive aid. However, if a bird starts to consume it readily, it may be a signal that your bird is trying to combat parasites, pathogenic bacteria in the gut, or maybe it’s indication that something is going on in the bird’s body that is not quite healthy. <\/span><\/p>\n
